Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to SM Wholesaler. We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or packing slip.

2. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery (for hygiene reasons)

3. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Us: Email hi@sm-wholesaler.co.uk or call 0744 7846983 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 2 business days.

  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  4. Keep Tracking Info: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs
  • Change of Mind: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If we shipped the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, we will cover return shipping.

5. Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: May be granted if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color:

  • Follow the return process above, indicating “Exchange” in your RA request.

  • We will ship your replacement once we receive your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
  • Inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hi@sm-wholesaler.co.uk or 0744 7846983.

  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank or credit card account.

  • Still not there? Contact your payment provider—it may take additional time.

  • Finally, email us at hi@sm-wholesaler.co.uk  for further assistance.
